Baths
Primary suites, wet rooms, and powder rooms — engineered dry.
A bathroom either holds water for decades or fails in two years. We build them the first way. Our bath construction is structural — full-mortar-bed setting, pre-sloped linear drains, sheet-membrane waterproofing, honed slab jointery — not the glue-and-pray install that fills Miami complaint forums.
01 · Approach
Our Approach
Design starts with how you actually begin the day. Volume of water, light temperature, the temperature of stone under your feet. Then it becomes construction: we detail every transition, every threshold, every shower-slope-to-drain ratio. No surface in an Elygance bath is there by accident.
02 · What We Build
What we build.
Primary suite spa baths
Steam, rain, soaker, linear drain, heated stone.
Wet rooms and curbless showers
Full-bathroom waterproofing, ADA-friendly, modern silhouette.
Stone slab selection — Calacatta, Taj Mahal, Patagonia quartzite
Book-matched, sourced at the yard, numbered at cut.
Powder rooms as design statements
Small rooms get the most attention — they're the ones guests photograph.
Bal Harbour and Surfside bathroom remodels
Coastal-code waterproofing + HOA quiet-hours compliance.
03 · Frequently Asked
Frequently asked.
What waterproofing do you use?
Schluter-Kerdi sheet membrane over pre-sloped mortar bed, with a 5-year watertight warranty from us beyond the manufacturer's. We install it ourselves — not a subcontractor on a Friday afternoon.
How long does a full primary bath take?
10 to 14 weeks from demolition to final seal, longer if stone is custom-sourced from Italy or Brazil.
Can you work with wall-hung plumbing in an older building?
Yes. We often reconfigure plumbing rough-ins, relocate drains, and coordinate with building management on slab penetrations and COI requirements.
Do you handle the glass and custom shower doors?
Yes — we template, fabricate, and install as part of the contract. No coordination gap between trades.
Is radiant floor heating worth it in Miami?
For primary baths on stone or porcelain — yes. It takes the chill off winter mornings without conditioning the whole house. Cost is modest if we specify it during rough-in.
