Our Approach
We begin with how you live. Not a showroom layout, not a Pinterest board — a conversation about mornings, dinners, and the people you cook for. Then we translate it into plans: electrical, lighting, appliance specs, ventilation, stone sourcing, millwork shop drawings. The price is fixed on day 30. The install runs quiet and clean, because the crew answers to us, not to a subcontractor chain.

How long does an Elygance kitchen take from design to final walk-through?
Our baseline is 16 to 22 weeks from signed plans to punch-list clearance, depending on stone lead times and any structural work. We give you a weekly milestone calendar on day one and stick to it.
Is the price fixed or a moving estimate?
Fixed on day 30. We publish the final GMP (guaranteed maximum price) in writing before demolition begins. If we miss on our end, we absorb the cost — not you.
Do you work inside condo buildings with strict rules?
Yes. We've built inside branded residences with white-glove delivery protocols, HOA-approved work windows, and building-management coordination. We handle the COI, sound readings, and elevator reservations.
Can you match an existing interior designer's plans?
Yes. Our in-house team collaborates with external designers when a client already has representation — we handle construction documentation, permits, and execution. Credit is shared in the case study.
Do you offer just the design, or just the build?
We work end-to-end (design-build) by default. We occasionally take pure build contracts when the design is already complete at CD level.
