Miami · Design-Build Atelier

The whole house,
by one firm.

Architecture, interiors and construction under one roof. From a bathroom renovation to a waterfront estate to a branded-residence penthouse — one team, one contract, one price by day 30.

A different way of building

Most Miami projects start with an architect, continue with a builder, and end with a decorator. Each hands off to the next. Each points at the others when something breaks. Each adds markup on the last. The client holds the bag.

Elygance holds the whole. Architecture, interior design, millwork, construction, landscape — one firm, one accountable studio, one signed price. We shorten the distance between a drawing and a finished room. We keep the craft in the hands of the people who drew it.

composed, not assembled.

Materials & craft

From the stone yard
to the threshold.

Every project begins with the material. We source at the origin — Italian marble, European oak, Brazilian quartzite — and detail the junction in our own shop. No catalog kitchens. No surface by accident.

Book-matched marble slab
i. Stone Calacatta. Taj Mahal. Patagonia quartzite. Selected at the yard, numbered at cut.
European oak wide-plank flooring
ii. Wood Wide-plank European oak. Solid-wood millwork. Grain matched across a wall.
Brass hardware in a kitchen
iii. Metal Unlacquered brass, blackened bronze, brushed nickel. Patina allowed to do its work.

Three principles

01

Price signed on paper, day 30.

We publish the final GMP before demolition begins. Not an estimate. Not a moving target. The number you agreed to is the number you pay.

02

One team. Drawing to keys.

No relay race between architect, builder and subcontractors. One organization designs, details, and delivers. One phone number holds accountability.

03

Sourced at the origin.

Italian cabinetry direct from Boffi and Poliform. European oak from the mill. Brazilian quartzite from the yard. No middle-dealer markup, no specs lost in translation.
