A custom home is the longest object of ownership most people will ever commission. We treat it that way. Every custom home we build is designed, engineered, permitted, and built by one organization — not a relay race of architect, builder, and subcontractors pointing at each other. The result: one accountable phone number, one GMP on paper, and a move-in date you can plan your life around.

Our Approach

Pre-construction is longer than most firms want it to be. We spend the first 60 to 90 days on lot analysis, soil testing, Miami 21 / county code review, impact-rated envelope design, and full cost modeling. The price we sign on day 30 is the price you pay. The schedule we commit to on day 60 is the schedule we deliver on. Anything less is guessing.

Can you guarantee a 14-month schedule?

For most custom homes, yes — from signed permit to certificate of occupancy. The schedule is in the contract; we absorb delays that are on us.

What does an Elygance custom home cost per sqft in 2026?

Entry-luxury dry-lot: $600–$1,200/sqft construction. Ultra-luxury dry-lot: $1,400–$2,000/sqft. Waterfront ultra-luxury: $3,500–$4,500/sqft. Land, design, FF&E, and soft costs are separate.

Do you work with our architect, or bring your own?

Both. Many Elygance clients bring an architect they already trust; we design-build around them. When a client doesn't have an architect, we offer in-house design or pair you with one of our collaborating studios.
