In Miami, you spend more time outside than in. We build outdoor rooms with the same specificity as interiors — pergolas engineered for hurricane winds, summer kitchens with drainage planned for every rainstorm, lighting designed so the space reads at night as well as it does at sunset.
01 · Approach
Our Approach
Outdoor starts with shade and wind. We study the site's sun angles, prevailing breeze, and hurricane exposure. Then we design the volumes: covered, partly covered, open. Then the systems: water, gas, electrical, mosquito control, audio, lighting. Every outdoor room has a plan for the worst day — summer rain, a cold front, a storm warning.
02 · What We Build
What we build.
Summer kitchens
Grill, griddle, refrigeration, sink, ventilation, stone or porcelain counters. Drainage planned.
Pergolas and shade structures
Wind-rated, dimmable, operable louver or fixed.
Outdoor audio and lighting design
All-weather speakers, landscape lighting, architectural up-lighting on the house itself.
Landscape integration
Plants that survive salt and drought. Hardscape that ages well.
03 · Frequently Asked
Frequently asked.
Are pergolas permitted in all Miami-Dade municipalities?
Yes, but requirements vary. We handle permitting, wind-loading, and setbacks based on jurisdiction.
Can a summer kitchen share gas and water with the pool equipment?
Yes — we coordinate utility runs in one trench to minimize site disruption and cost.
What landscape lighting do you install?
Low-voltage LED with warm color temperature (2700K default), commercial-grade fixtures. Transformers sized for future expansion.
